For 20 years L’Authentique have been producing a local range of the best French charcuterie and small goods here in New Zealand – a range that is ethically perfect with no compromises, just as our French forefathers would’ve eaten.
Each product is handmade ensuring the highest standards. They are also gluten-free and contain no starch or flour. The sausages are unique and feature a coarse grind, fresh seasoning and an exclusive use of prime cuts of meat.
