I have a complimentary ticket with past dates can I still use this?
Yes, any NZ Food Expo ticket will be accepted no matter what dates are printed.
Does the name allocated on the electronic online ticket matter?
No, tickets can be used by anyone.
I came to the expo on Saturday and want to come back on Sunday – can I reuse my ticket?
No, sorry, tickets are valid for one entry only either Saturday or Sunday.
Can I leave the expo to go to my car and come back?
Yes for sure, please ask the staff for a stamp so you can go to your car and come back in.

What time is the expo open?
10am to 5pm Saturday and 10am – 4pm Sunday.
Do exhibitors accept Eftpos and PayWave?
Most of the exhibitors accept Eftpos, however not all have PayWave.
There is a cash-out facility (no fees charged) at the Goodie Bag stand if you require it.
What products and brands will be at the expo?

What deals will there be?
Many exhibitors will have expo-only specials that you can find on their stand or promoted on their social media channels.
Can I bring my animal or pet?
Animals or pets (with the exception of approved service dogs) unfortunately cannot come to the expo.
Is Photography or Videography permitted?
We have our official photographer, but any other filming or photography by visitors is at the organisers discretion and prior approval must be sort. Social Media stories, posts, selfies etc are completely fine – remember to tag us! @nzfoodexpos

Where can I find the Goodie Bag details & price?
These will be released on our Facebook and Instagram pages 24 hours before the expo.
